Who We're Looking For

Requirements

If you check most of these boxes, we want to hear from you. Don't have a certification yet? We provide paid training for the right candidates.

Required

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Pass a Wisconsin caregiver background check (required by state law)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Two professional references
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable smartphone access for scheduling and timekeeping
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Prior caregiving, CNA, CBRF, or healthcare experience
  • Current CPR / First Aid certification
  • Experience with dementia, developmental disabilities, or challenging behaviors
